The night after playing one of the best teams in Division 6, Patrick Henry, the Tinora Lady Rams were back on the hardwood in a pre-Christmas game vs the North Central Eagles.
The visiting Eagles got off to a good start, outscoring the Lady Rams 8-6 after the first stanza.
Tinora bounced back with an 11-point second quarter, tying the Eagles at the half at 17-17. A night after being held scoreless, Tinora’s Madison Spangler led all scorers in the initial half with 10 points. North Central’s Cailyn Meyers notched six points in the half.
Both teams battled back and forth in the third quarter before the Lady Rams grabbed a 32-29 lead through three quarters of play.
The host Lady Rams came out blazing to open the final quarter of play. Tinora would outscore North Central 20-4 in the final eight minutes for a 52-33 win.

North Central falls to 2-8. The Eagles will host Hicksville after the new year, on Jan 5.
Tinora improves to 2-9. The Lady Rams will be in action on Saturday, Dec 27, at Stryker. 2 pm varsity start. NO JV
