Ottawa Hills would take an 8-7 lead before Tinora rallied for a 12-10 advantage on a Kallie Snyder block. Paige Gamy would roll off three straight points via serve as Tinora grabbed a 18-15 lead after the teeter-totter midway through.

Tinora closed the second set strong, taking 21-15, forcing another Green Bears timeout. After the break, the Lady Rams responded with two straight Creps aces, taking a 23-15 lead before closing out the set, 25-19 to grab a commanding 2-0 set advantage.

The third set of the District Finals saw a familiar scene, tied at 2-2 as in the two previous sets. Paige Sebring would roll off three straight serve points for a 5-2 Tinora advantage. Tinora would take a 8-4 lead after two Green Bears points closed the gap to 6-4.

Ottawa Hills trimmed a 10-6 Tinora lead to 10-8 before the Lady Rams ended the mini run. Teams battled back and forth again mid-set, with the Lady Rams keeping the two-point advantage, all the way out to 12-10 before stretching it to 15-10 on a Kallie Snyder kill. The Green Bears would again rally, cutting the Tinora lead to 15-14 in the third set, before tying it at 15-15, forcing a Lady Rams timeout by Coach Hagerty after five straight Ottawa Hills points.

Tinora came out of the timeout to grab a 21-16 lead, and after three Paige Gamby points at the serve, Tinora forced a timeout by the Green Bears. Gamby rolled through the next four points, sending the Lady Rams to the Regionals with a 25-16 win, taking the match, 3-0.
