EDGERTON – Tinora loaded the buses for a Friday trip over to Stauffer Field in Edgerton to take on the Bulldogs.
For the second straight Friday, the rains were upon Northwest Ohio as the game kicked off down in the bowl at Edgerton.

The Rams defense were coming in off a shutout over Paulding last Friday, and looked to shut down the Bulldogs offense that was averaging 315 yards a contest.
After the Rams defense held the initial Edgerton drive that was stopped at the Rams 20-yard line, Tinora embarked on a long 75 yard drive that was sealed on a Grady Gustwiller three yard TD run. The Jacob Bishop XP gave the Rams a 7-0 lead at the 4:02 mark of the initial quarter.
The second quarter saw the Rams control the ball most of the quarter. However, all either team could muster was a Tinora Jacob Bishop 23-yard field goal with 24 seconds in the half, Tinora took a 10-0 lead to the locker rooms inside Edgerton High School.
Tinora’s offense mounted 12 first downs and 202 yards in the initial half. 160 of those were through the air.
The Rams defense held Edgerton to just three first downs. However, the Bulldogs did gain 126 yards on the Tinora stout defense.
After the teams came back to the rainy, wet field at Edgerton, Tinora exploded for 21 points in a three-minute span midway through the third quarter.
The first score of the third quarter for the Rams came with 7:44 remaining in the quarter as Dominic Graziani hit Grady Gustwiller with a 10 yard TD pass. Bishop hit the XP to give the Rams a 17-0 lead.
After an Edgerton punt, Kadyn Radzik took a handoff 33 yards off the left side of the Rams line for a TD with 5:24 remaining in the third quarter. Bishop’s XP gave Tinora a 24-0 advantage.
The Rams defense would again come through, this time they would put points on the board. After a reception by Edgerton’s Weaver, he had the ball jarred loss by Tinora’s Brayden Roesti. Jacob Bishop scooped up the fumble and raced 29 yards for a Tinora score. After a brief rest, Bishop supplied the XP, giving Tinora a 31-0 lead, and a running clock at the 4:46 mark of the third quarter.
The final points of the night went to the Rams Abram Jimenez who raced 38 yards for a TD, the Bishop XP gave Tinora a 38-0 lead with 10:10 remaining in the fourth.
A big thanks to everyone at Edgerton who helped us out, AD Keith Merillot, the press box staff, and the Bulldogs coaches. A great place to visit and watch a game! Nothing but the best from the fine folks at Edgerton.
