OTTAWA: The Tinora Rams broke open a 1-1 game with 14 runs in the top of the sixth inning to come away with a 15-1 road win.

The visiting Rams jumped out to a 1-0 lead with a single run in the top of the second on a Parker Hancock sac fly, scoring Mason McQuillin who previously walked.

The host Titans finally got to Tinora starter Mason McQuillin in the bottom of the fourth. Grant Leopold would score to tie the game at 1-1 on a sac fly from Jayden Stechschulte,

In the top of the six, an inning dreams are made of, Tinora sent 16 hitters to the plate, scoring 14 runs on just six hits. The Titans committed five errors in the inning.

Highlights in the 14 run sixth inning for the Rams was Trenton Delarber, Ayden Moser, Alec Schaublin, Hunter Bostelman, Adam Spychala, and Owen Ferrell all reaching base two times in the inning. Schaublin had four RBI in the inning.

Parker Hancock continued his hot hitting, adding three more RBI in the game. McQuillin added two RBI in the Tinora win.

McQuillin would pick up his third win of the season in working the five innings, allowing just the one run while striking out three and allowing zero walks.

Allan Burchfield would work the sixth to close out the win.

Tinora improves to 14-4 with the win. The Rams will be off until Tuesday when they travel to Wauseon.

The Titans drop to 10-8. Ottawa-Glandorf will travel to Coldwater for a Saturday game.
