The Tinora Rams welcomed in the 2024 Div I Final Four participant Perrysburg Yellowjackets on Thursday evening.


The visiting Yellowjackets used two big innings, a five run third inning, and a four run six inning to pick up their first win of the 2025 campaign.

The host Rams tallied two runs overall, with one in the sixth and one in the seventh.

Perrysburg starter Tyler Palmer limited the Rams to just 5 hits over five innings, not allowing a run, while striking out six. Braxton Mefferd worked two inning of relief.

Hunter Bostelman worked 2 1/3 innings for the Rams. Mason McQillin pitched 4 2/3 innings of effective relief for Tinora in the loss.

McQuillin also had two hits, Alex Schaublin also connected for two hits for Tinora.
