LIBERTY CENTER – The District Cross Country meet was held Saturday morning at Leaders Farms, the hosting school was the Liberty Center Tigers.
In the boys flight, 65 runners were in the meet. Jaxen Durfey finished first, Paul Westrick was right behind, finishing second, Logan Coy was eighth.
In the girls meet, Lauren Sattler finished first among the 60 runners.
Durfey and Sattler both won last week at the GMC’s that were held at Edgerton.
What a great season for these runners, coach Jim Winseman is getting everything from these kids.
The Regionals will be held next Saturday, Oct 29 at Tiffin at Hedges Boyer Park, Tiffin. 300 S. Monroe Street, Tiffin, 44883.
