HICKSVILLE – The Tinora Lady Rams pounded out 10 runs on 12 hits as they remain perfect at 3-0 in the GMC with a 10-0 win over the Lady Aces.

Tinora jumped out to a 4-0 lead in the top of the first inning. Tanae Smith got the Lady Rams rolling with a one out triple. Tegan Norden would follow with a double, scoring Smith for a 1-0 Tinora lead.

Paige Gamby would follow with a double, scoring Norden to put the Lady Rams up 2-0. Scylea Zolman’s single put runners at first and third with just one out. After Zolman went to second with two outs, freshman Zoe Billings would single to score Zolman and Gamby to give Tinora the 4-0 lead after one at bat.

Tinora would add three more runs in the top of the third as Tegan Norden would single and score on Paige Gamby’s second homerun of the season, Tinora took a 6-0 advantage. Madison Spangler would single and score on another Zoe Billings RBI, this time a double, the Lady Rams led 7-0 after three.

The Lady Rams would put the game away with a four run top of the fifth. Gamby’s single started the big inning for Tinora. Zolman’s double would score Gamby, putting the Lady Rams up 8-0. Billings would homer to center, Tinora had a 10-0 advantage in the top of the fifth.

Billings would close out the Aces and the game in the bottom of the fifth, with the Lady Rams coming back home with a 10-0 win in five innings.

Billings would finish with three hits and 5 RBI for Tinora. Gamby would also collect three hits.

Scylea Zolman improved to 8-0 in the circle for the Lady Rams. The win was Zolman’s 55 as a Lady Ram.

Tinora improves to 9-1, 3-0 in conference play. The Lady Rams will travel to Evergreen on Friday and Coldwater on Saturday for a DH.

Hicksille drops to 5-5, 0-3 in the GMC
