AYERSVILLE – Rams senior right-hander Nolan Schafer took the mound for his second start of the season, this time in the River Rivalry against the Pilots of Ayersville.

Schafer came through with his second straight complete game win, his last start was Saturday vs Napoleon. Schafer allowed just three hits, struck out six, while walking just two in the win vs the Pilots.

The Tinora Rams staff came in with a team ERA of 1.30, Schafer hurled the teams third straight complete game.

Rams DH Jayden Bergman again came through in the clutch with a bases clearing triple in the Rams five run sixth inning. Bergman would finish with four RBI’s on the evening.
