SHERWOOD – The Rams used a 21 point third quarter to break a 17-17 halftime tie as the Rams picked up a 52-35 road win over Fairview in a makeup game originally scheduled for Jan. 12.

A snowy Friday January day postponed the game until this Tuesday evening.

Tinora junior, Connor Welling was instrumental in the big third quarter for the Rams as he bucketed seven points, on his way to a game high 13 points.

Adam Spychala, the junior sharpshooter for Tinora, again knocked down four three pointers for his 12 points for Tinora.

Fairview was paced by Jude Shininger with 10, while Jackson Brady came off the bench for seven points for the Apaches.

Tinora will host Pettisville on Thursday for Senior Night, please get out and support the Tinora senior class.

Fairview will conclude their regular season at home Friday vs Montpelier.

Tinora improves to 8-12, and the Rams will finish the GMC schedule at 5-2, good enough for third place.

Fairview falls to 9-12, the Apaches finish the Green Meadows Conference season at 2-5.
