Playing their fifth game in the last eights days, the Lady Rams volleyball team welcomed in the undefeated Miller City Wildcats (4-0) to Tinora on a Tuesday night full of exciting volleyball action.

The Lady Rams, coming off a three set loss to Maumee on Monday, took the first set from the Wildcats, 25-11.

Miller City didn’t panic, the Wildcats rallied to grab a thrilling second set, 25-11.

Set three saw another exciting set. Miller City again came away with a tight, hard fought 27-25 advantage to grab a 2-1 set advantage.

Set three saw the Lady Rams rebound with a 25-16 advantage, tying the match at 2-2.

Set five. What a white-knuckler it was for both teams. Set five is the first to 15 points and neither team wanted to give an inch.
Miller City grabbed a late 14-13 advantage and were playing for match point. Fortunately for the Lady Rams, a service error by Miller City gave Tinora the opening they needed.
Tinora would rally to take the next three points, grabbing a 16-14 win in the deciding final set.

Tinora improves to 4-1. The Lady Rams will be right back on Thursday as they host Liberty Center.

Miller City suffers their first defeat of the season, falling to 5-1. Miller City will hot Patrick Henry on Thursday.
