A Historic Season for Tinora
While both programs have previously qualified for the state meet, Saturday’s accomplishment represents a first for Tinora: having both the boys and girls cross country teams qualify as teams in the same season.
Head Coach Jim Winseman and Assistant Coach Amber Delgado have guided both programs through a memorable season that has produced a regional championship, two state-qualifying teams and 11 GMC All-Conference selections.
Congratulations to all the athletes, coaches, families and supporters who helped make this historic season possible.
