HAVILAND—Tinora head coach Eric Becker knew he and his Rams would be in a battle Friday night as the Rams faced the Wayne Trace Raiders who came in with two straight shutouts on defense.
Coach Becker, however, didn’t see a game tied 0-0 through the four quarters of play.
Jacob Bishop was the man of the hour in the OT period for the Rams, as he provided the only points of the game as he hit a 36-yard field goal in Tinora’s first position in the OT session.
On defense, Bishop intercepted a fourth-down pass on the Raiders only possession in overtime, sealing Tinora’s thrilling win.
