The Tinora boys and girls cross-country teams made the early morning trip to Ottawa to take part in the annual Blue/Gold Cross Country Invitational.
The highlight of the morning again was from Lauren Sattler. Sattler, who finished 2nd in 2022, bested that time by a nearly a minute, finishing first among the 173 girls who participated. What a fabulous performance by Lauren.
Paul Westrick was the highest Tinora boys finisher among the 216 entries, Paul finished in 5th. Logan Coy was 40th. Complete list below. India Okuley finished 13th, remaining Rams below:
