The tough early schedule was in effect again as the Lady rams hosted the Leipsic Lady Vikings.
Coming off tough opponents this week in Ottowa Glandorf and Miller City, the Lady Rams welcomed in the undefeated (5-0) Lady Vikings of Leipsic.
Monday, Tinora was dealt a defeat by the hands of the undefeated Lady Titans, the Lady Rams bounced back Tuesday with a big win vs a very talented Miller City ball club.
Last season, the Vikings of Leipsic finished with a 22-4 record, finishing 11-1 in conference play, making it all the way to the regional finals before falling to Tiffin Calvert.
The Lady Rams jumped out with a first set win, 25-15. The next three sets could have gone either way, both teams playing very well.
A few tough breaks went against Tinora, resulted in Leipsic taking the second set, 25-16.
Things went south in the third set for Tinora as well, losing a very tough set, 25-22.
The fourth set again was very well played by both teams, unfortunately the Lady Rams came up short, 25-20. Leipsic prevailed 3-1, improving to 6-0 on the season.
The Lady rams fall to 3-2 after a tough week of opponents. Tinora is back at on Tuesday as they start Green Meadows Conference play vs Antwerp. Stop out to Tinora and see the Lady Rams in action.

Tinora’s JV team was defeated 2-1 by Leipsic.
