The Lady Rams had an early wake-up call this morning as they were set to host the Stryker Lady Panthers in an early Saturday morning start.
The Lady Rams JV team took the floor at 10 am, defeating the Lady Panthers in two sets, 25-11 & 25-5.
The varsity contest took off approx 11 am, the Lady Rams were coming in at 5-3, while the Stryker Lady Panthers were making the trip down to Tinora with a 4-6 record this season.
Coming off a GMC conference win on Tuesday vs Wayne Trace, the Lady Rams looking for their second straight win.
Tinora wasted little time getting started, taking the first set 25-10. The Lady Rams followed up with a near perfect second set, taking it 25-9. Looking to close out the Lady Panthers, Tinora did just that, taking the third set 25-12.
With the win, the Lady Rams of Tinora improve to 6-3.
Stryker falls to 4-7.
A big week upcoming for the Lady Rams. Monday brings in Eastwood, Tuesday is the big River Rivalry vs Ayersville, and Thursday brings in Liberty Center.
