WAUSEON – The Tinora Rams headed to Wauseon to take on the Indians in a non-league volleyball match Thursday evening.
Wauseon came in winning 5 of their last 7 matches, while the Rams also came in winning 5 of 7.
After a rough first set, coach Hagerty and the Rams rebounded for a 3-1 win over Wauseon.
Wauseon took set one, 25-11.
The Rams took the next three sets, set two, 25-21, set three, 25-18, and set four 25-10.
The Higbea Embroidery Player of the Game went to Maggi Nagel, Maggie with 11 kills and 8 blocks. Great game, Maggi.
With the win, Tinora improves to 11-8. The Rams will host Defiance Saturday morning.
Wauseon falls to 9-10 and will host Bowling Green Saturday morning.
