The Rams were looking to stay unbeaten as they made the trip into Williams County to take on the Montpelier Locos.
The Rams of Tinora brought their 10-0 mark, while the hosts, the Locos of Montpelier, had a stellar 7-3 mark.
The Rams sent Cole Commisso to the hill, while the Locos sent Grant Girrell.
The Rams jumped on Girrell for a single run in the first, and five more in the second to grab a 6-0 lead after two.
Highlighted in the Tinora five run second was a two run RBI single by Rams starter Cole Commisso.
Commisso held the Locos in check most of his five innings of work, allowing just a single run in the second and another in the fifth.
Tinora led 6-1 after three innings of play.
The Tinora bats again were hot in the top of the fourth, scoring four more runs to increase their lead over Montpelier to 10-1.
Rams DH Nolan Schafer with a two RBI single, scoring Birks and Bailey to end the scoring in the fourth.
The Rams starter Cole Commisso exited after five innings, allowing three hits, two runs, zero earned runs. Commisso struck out seven while walking three.
Tristan Birks came on to pitch the final two innings for the Rams. Birks struck out four while walking just one.
With the win, Tinora improves to 11-0 and will travel to Antwerp tomorrow to face the Archers (7-1, 4-0) in a huge GMC matchup.
Montpelier falls to 7-4 and will travel to North Central for a BBC contest.
