Lady Rams defeat Elmwood in 3 sets

With the temperature outside scorching all week, the Tinora Lady Rams were more than happy to head inside to the new digs at Tinora High School to play host to the visiting Elmwood Royals.

A few years ago at the now razed Alan Moore Gymnasium, the inside temperature would have been 97 degrees, now the Lady Rams are happy to head to a gym with an average inside temperature of what seems to be 67 degrees.

The Lady Rams JV team again setting the tone with a two set victory over Elmwood 25-21, & 25-19. The JV lady Rams improve to 2-0 to start their season.

In the nightcap, the Lady Rams withstood several Elmwood rallies to take all three sets from the Lady Royals, 25-20, 25-19, and 25-18.

This team could have a different difference maker on every single game night, a great team win.

The Higbea Embroidery Player of the game goes to Senior Kjerstin Scott.

Tinora improves to 2-0 and will travel to Ottowa Glandorf on Monday to take on the Lady Titans.
