From week one of football at Edgerton’s scenic Stauffer Field to the 2021 Graduation at Justin F. Coressel Field at Tinora, we were very fortunate to bring HS sports into the homes, restaurants, & cars of fans everywhere. Basically, we were the eyes for Rams fans everywhere who were unable to attend most games this past season.
Since the football was put on the tee at Edgerton way back in early September, amazingly we did 80 live broadcasts everywhere from the outside bleachers at Columbus Grove, to the fantastic new gym at Tinora High School. Heck, I even did 1 game from my garage during the football season due to limitations at a GMC school.
I can’t express enough thanks to all the area athletic directors for all their assistance, especially our own Coach Rutter. I can only imagine the struggles of scheduling, then rescheduling this fall & winter.
I also owe a big thank you to the below behind-the-scenes people: There is a lot of work that goes unnoticed to be able to broadcast each event.
**Logan Bailey who assisted with football, volleyball, & early-season basketball camera work. Logan also wrote a weekly scouting report for us during football season, while also producing a season highlight film. Great work, thank you, Logan.
**Nancy Bannister, who took over behind the camera after Logan went back to school @ U of Findlay.
**Kim Askins for filling in on video as well as broadcasting the freshman basketball games.
**Tony Fairchild for assisting with color commentary in a few games.
**Kelly Tong for live-streaming of the boys & girls wrestling matches this season, the coverage by Kelly was beyond outstanding. Thank you, Kelly, for everything you contributed to the Rams wrestling live-streaming, you deserve an Emmy Award for production.
**Mr Michael Hirn for voicing our commercials for our sponsors, thank you!
In a bit of sad news, we lost longtime listener David Fronk last week. David was a fan favorite with his in-game interactions with everyone back home in Ohio and his weather updates from Arizona.
Of course, best wishes to Mr. Tipton in his move to become the Tinora Elementary principal.
None of this was possible without the below sponsors. Every single one of these individuals below made it possible to bring all 80 live events back to you. I’ve said it over & over, please thank each of these businesses.
No other school in the area that I am aware of had 80 live varsity events for their community, these great people below made sure Rams fans were taken care of this year.
